I have this DVD. The sound isn't very good, which perhaps is typical of a concert like this at the time. What you get on this YouTube is what you get on the dvd. It looked like the band was sweating up there -- like it was hot. Toward the end of the concert, they all left, then came back sans shirts.

Perhaps the "Bonzo Dog Do-Dah Band" is the inspiration for the "Tubular Bells" instrument intro. In "Tubular Bells 2003", John Cleese recited the instruments.
