OK, perhaps I'm scare-mongering a bit... but I am concerned.
Like too many other UK laws created in recent years, this one, if passed, could allow for a Chinese-style clamp-down of Government critics if "the-wrong" Government ever gets in... which, given recent MP antics and voting predictions might not be that far-fetched...
No - you're right. It's legislation in the wrong place, doing the wrong thing.
