NHS money 'wasted' on homeopathy
I must say, I don't believe in homeopathy... And I think the government should make them share the 1p funding... BUT, then I heardPeanut allergies tackled in largest ever trial //They will be given daily doses of peanut flour, starting at about one milligram, added to yoghurt. // OK... teeny-tiny doses help cure people of peanut allergies...
What about lactose-intolerant sufferers?
ReplyDelete1 mg of yoghurt in a gluten-free peanut butter sandwich?
a little is a whole lot more than nothing...
ReplyDeletethese treatments to desensitise allergies mystify me - some people cannot be in the same room with their allergen.
On a flight home from holiday a couple of years ago, we were told that no peanuts would be served because there was a sufferer aboard.
ReplyDeleteThat's bad.
