  3. Bonkers - I think that there must be a finite supply of common sense, but unfortunately, the population is growing.

    If he really had been a tourist (when GWB said it, it sounded like "terrorist" [Hi Bob!]) with a tourist map and a mobile phone with a foreign SIM in it, he'd've probably been carted off.

    Type 'useless bureaucrat' into Google and hit "I'm feeling lucky" :D

  4. I think that the photographer missed a trick. If he'd stood his ground and the police reacted poorly then he'd have a far better story... And an orange jump suit as a souvenir!
