  1. Excellent, excellent, excellent. The best part of my job is rarely having to "manage" any of the people who work for me. The come to me when they have a problem or question I can solve and simply keep their nose(s) to the grindstone otherwise. One of the hardest parts of my job is keeping other people away from my people.

  2. I can see some of these traits in people I work with. Certainly, the dislike of things that "aren't good" in the particular fashion described is apparent.
