This has been going around for years. I always thought it was

It matches the tempo, and it's appropriate to the lyrics (seems to be part of the song). Check 1:42, that instance of "Let It Out" is much clearer. And, I don't hear the bad note... perhaps it get edited out? ...Stupid fake Beatle rumors...
But he doesn't sound anything like the original Paul did.
