What do you reckon? Is this true?

  1. Meantime the cat languishes for lack of hydration. (Perfect subject for a Schroedinger Box.)

  2. Either that, or he wants your fish and chips / chicken / cheese / lasagne / whatever else you have that looks yummy.

My Mum's cat wont drink tap water, he prefers going outside and drinking rainwater from flowerpots and puddles - in the summer when standing water is scarce, he will still only drink bottled water.

  3. When we had a cat I don't remember providing water either - and like Tom, our cat always found its own source - Though ours wasn't bright enough to pop-down to the local Tescos and buy Evian or Dessani - I do recall it not mewwing, but making a small "Brb" noise when fed

  4. Even though my cats have a water bowl, with fresh water available to them at all times, one prefers the toilet, and the other, the kitchen sink.
...the cat could be crying because of a splinter in his paw or something else.

  5. Okay, I just checked, and it's fine. And I'm never going back there again.
