Sounds really interesting. Writing some programs in 'Ruby' has been on my 'to do' list for about 2 years and I just haven't had the time (inclination/discipline to sacrifice time).
Cool! I've always been interested in automatically generating artwork using computers (indeed, that was my project in computer class at college), and I've long followed similar efforts with music and novel writing.
