Ahem, *I* knew about nudibranches (heck, with a name like that, what English schoolboy *isn't* going to pay attention?!), but not, I admit, all the wonderful examples pictured there.
A couple of those characters look like they are ready for their own prime-time cartoon show or animated feature film. The Hypselodoris Bullocki (with Sandra Bullock's voice) and Nembrotha Cristata (with a black ghetto-brother patter) seem like excellent candidates.
Ahem also, *I* knew about them too. Heck, I've even photographed a few.. Here is the lovely Discodoris. I'll see if I can find a decent one of a Giant Doris. (not someone I once met in a pub in Clapham) [EDIT]D'Oh! Same collection
